- The Loda Library has been serving the community since 1896. The original
building is still being used and is adequate for the present population.
In 1976 extensive weeding was done, and Loda Library became a member of
the Lincoln Trail Libraries System. Through the System, the library is
able to provide excellent service to the patrons.
