Lincoln Trail Libraries System is pleased to announce an exciting and thought-provoking conference, the Symposium on the Future of Integrated Library Systems. Please join us on September 13-15, 2007 as we listen and respond to nationally-recognized speakers discussing the many challenges and changes within the Integrated Library System landscape and learn what this means for the future. Attendees may register for any and all of these events: Saturday's session is specifically geared to library trustees and governing officials. This morning-only session will summarize content reviewed at the general Symposium event and provide in-depth tools for planning and decision-making as libraries begin to search for a new integrated library system. Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved at two Champaign
hotels for conference attendees: The Champaign community is the multi-cultural home of the University of Illinois and is easily accessible for travelers. Willard Airport offers convenient access for flyers and Amtrak provides service to Chicago and southern Illinois. Register now! |
