2006 - 380 Attention All Public Library Directors: Some public libraries are still experiencing problems when trying to access their ELI records. To get around those problems, log on to http://www.eliillinois.org and simply view your library's information. To get to the Quick Search, scroll down past "SPCG (School Per Capita Grant) Applicants please log in here." Then type your library's name or city in the box directly under "Quick Search for a Library or Community Name" and then click Go! Then click on your library's name, review the full record by scrolling down and make a note of any changes that need to be made. Next, please send an e-mail to jheffernan@ilsos.net with the following information:
1 - The library's login and password; 2 - Your name, library name, e-mail address; 3 - Indicate any changes that need to be made to the library's ELI record OR indicate that the library's ELI record is correct. If you have not already done so, go ahead and send in your grant without the ELI Update Certification Page. As a reminder, grant applications are to be legibly postmarked on or before October 16, 2006 or hand delivered to the Illinois State Library no later than 4:30 p.m. on October 16, 2006.
