2006 - 291 Labeling LINCOLN Materials for Delivery to Rolling Prairie Library System ILDS - Route 3:
The correct labeling of materials when shipping items on ILDS is critical for accurate delivery. In Rolling Prairie Library System (RPLS), there is a unique issue with many Lincoln libraries:
In Springfield: Lincoln Library (Springfield’s Public Library), Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, Lincoln Land Community College
In Lincoln: Lincoln Public Library District, Lincoln College, Lincoln Christian College, Lincoln High School, Lincoln Jr. High

ILDS delivery issues are created when only the words Lincoln Library are placed on a delivery slip. Please put the full name of the Lincoln Library you are sending an item to and the town in which it is located. This will help RPLS deliver the items you send accurately and quickly, thus ensuring a more prompt return to you.
