improve their local schools and help children learn more are
sharing ideas through a unique service from the U.S.Dept. of
Education: the Satellite Town Meeting. LTLS will hold the

- LTLS Public Library Reciprocal Borrowing Survey to be
conducted January-June, 2000.
- In accordance with the provisions of the LTLS Reciprocal
Access Policy, Lincoln Trail Libraries System is surveying the
in-person reciprocal borrowing activity of all public libraries in
the system during the six-month period from January through June
2000. Survey forms have been distributed to all LTLS public
libraries. If you have questions about the survey, or about the
general Reciprocal Access Policy guidelines regarding public
library reciprocal borrowing, please contact Brenda Pacey
