Rantoul Librarian Don Thorsen tells about 200 people on hand for the ceremony that the new library has many features not available in the old library, such as a community meeting room for up to 100 adults, a small conference room for 20, an enclosed children's room, a quiet reading room, a group study room, and a coffee and snack area.
