MYMEDIAMALL AND OVERDRIVE MEDIA CONSOLE UPGRADE

MyMediaMall uses the Overdrive Media Console product to deliver e-books, mobipocket books and downloadable audiobooks and video. Overdrive has announced that a new version of their Overdrive Media Console (v. 2.1) will be available on October 11. The Overdrive Media Console is a product that patrons download to their home computer. Although version 2.1 is not required (the older version will still work), it is an upgrade patrons can do on their home computer to help speed up the process of downloading materials and to facilitate downloading of videos.

More information about this version and its new functionality has been posted Under Public Relations at this web site . Also, links to the new version will be available from the MyMediaMall page (http://www.mymediamall.net) on October 11 (click on Digital Media Help tab).
