ON-ORDER BIBLIOGRAPHIC RECORDS

If your library is not using the Horizon acquisitions module, do not attach your item records to the On-Order bibliographic records in the system. These records are easily identifiable because they are in upper case and usually have limited bibliographic information in the record. Only libraries using acquisitions should add items to these records.
