LINC (Libraries
IN Cooperation) is a service of Lincoln Trail Libraries System.
LINC is a computerized library system listing information about
the resources of academic, public, school, and special libraries
in 9 counties of East Central Illinois.

of resources such as books, audiotapes, videocassettes, CD's,
records, Books on Tape, pamphlets, music scores, maps, and DVD's.
- LINC has holdings
for people in all age groups from preschoolers to senior citizens.

and much more.

searching by using author's name, title of work, or keyword to
search a subject area. Fragments of terms can even be used if

45 academic libraries in Illinois.

to OCLC FirstSearch, an index of over 70 different databases including
books, periodicals and contents of periodicals, as well as full
text of some periodical articles.
