LTLS promotes education and training primarily for its member libraries.  However, certain topics having community application may also appeal to the general public.  LTLS would welcome the general public to attend its many offerings each fiscal year.  Priority will be given to our member libraries.  For registration inquiries, contact ce@lincolntrail.info. 

LTLS also provides meeting rooms for recognized groups as part of a program of service and adheres to Article 6 of the Library Bill of Rights. This document states that such facilities should be made available to the public served by the given library "on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use."
