PDA Connect
This service gives access to key
information about library system services and local libraries conveniently
on a PDA (Portable Digital Assistant). You can have library hours,
contact information, directions, phone and fax numbers, upcoming
library event schedules, and more at your fingertips when and where
you need it. The "Palm Version" of
the LTLS Web site is designed specifically for the small screen size
of a handheld device.

AOL Instant Messaging (AIM)
This is just another way to ask
LTLS a quick question or convey some brief information. Go to
the LTLS Web site (http://www.lincolntrail.info/staffdir.html)
to find the screen names for LTLS staff and also to see if they
are online or not. If you don’t have an AOL user account
and screen name and would like to get one, go to http://www.aim.com. From
that site, you also have the option to install AOL software on
your computer. Or you can use a multi-network IM program like “meebo” (http://www.meebo.com).
If you use meebo, you don’t have to install the AOL IM software,
and you can access your AOL IM from multiple computers without
installing software on all of them. Please send your screen
name to ltls@lincolntrail.info. If
you have any questions, IM or call any LTLS
consultant.
